"Will the engraving wear off over time?" Nope! Our engravings are deeply etched into the product surface. The engraving should last as long as the product itself.

- Orders over $75 ship free to US addresses.
- We ship most orders via USPS First Class within 1 business day of ordering. They take 5-7 business days to arrive.
- Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Priority Mail arrives in 3-4 business days. Express Mail arrives in 2-3 business days.
RETURNS
- Due to the custom engraving and personalization of all items, we do not accept returns.
- You can always contact us for any reason at hello@lovegeorgie.com to discuss any problems you have.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Love my necklace so so much. My beloved 14 year old dog just passed away and I needed a way to keep her close to me every day. The quality of the chain is great and the pendant is just big enough. One wish I had was a different type of font but I am so happy with my purchase overall. Will definitely recommend this company to others and order again in the future. Loved the personal touch of the note on the inside of the box.
