We bring everything needed to set up a great on-site engraving experience for your attendees!

• Our own curated display of blank gifts so guests can browse all the options before selecting their final design
• Engraving choices curated in advance by your group or host
• Our complete engraving workstation
• A minimum of two Love, Georgie team members to facilitate the design and engraving process, ensuring guest traffic flows through the gift bar easily and have any their questions answered

• Sufficient space for the gift bar table(s) - Our gift bar tables measure 2'x4' each and we can bring up to 4 tables, depending on the size of your event and number of gift options. Each table is height-adjustable and draped with a white tablecloth.
• Roughly 5’ x 8’ space where we will set up the main engraving workstation for our design staff. This can be visible within the event, or tucked away—some guests enjoy seeing the engraving process happen, but either works depending on your event environment.
• Nearby access to electrical outlets or a power strip to plug in our equipment.

Each Laser Engraving experience is fully tailored to your group, event, and needs! Experiences are priced by individual quote to fit your budget and include the number of guests, location, duration of event, and any customizations you want to add.

We can accommodate much larger groups and corporate events—including multiple gifts per attendee, with more selections available—with additional price breaks for large groups.
