We travel for onsite events of 12+ attendees and many of our experiences can serve 100+ guests per hour.

- Custom-engraved logo charms
- Specialty charm bases (like adapting our charm bar to make sneaker charms, rather than charm jewelry)
- Hybrid events, with multiple experiences at one (for example, bringing both the charm bar and permanent jewelry)

- Our own adjustable height display tables for any Design Bars, which can be taller than a standard table to make designs easy to browse (or can be lowered for children's parties!)
- Curated designs for your guests, whether it's custom charms, engraved coasters, or gifts that can be laser-engraved.
- Our complete assembly workstation, where we customize any engraved options, assemble charm bar pieces, or package gifts in branded drawstring bags.
- Love, Georgie staff to guide your guests through the Design Bar process, customize their gifts, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

- Sufficient space for our experience tables, with walking room around them.
- Our Design Bars, including Charm Bar, Coaster Bar, and Tote Bag Bar can be laid out to suit the venue; a few common arrangements are illustrated below.
- We can create a small 1-table bar in about an 8' x 8' space, or a deluxe full-length 4-table bar in a 10' x 20' space.
- We need access to power, either from a standard electrical outlet, or extension cord, to power our equipment for any laser engraving events.
- For any logo printing or engraving, we need vector-formatted logo files in advance of the event.

Unlike pre-printed swag, Love, Georgie's event laser engraving offers ultra-high quality gifts your attendees will truly appreciate—because they get to choose and design them on-site!
We bring our laser to the event, along with multiple table displays of engravable products. Your guests each select their items and bring them to our team for their choice of engraving. We offer logo engraving, name personalization, initial monograms, and even short phrases.
While attendees socialize and participate in activities, our team engraves their selected design onto the chosen item(s), then places everything on a pick-up table to take home at the end of the event.

We bring blank bibs, burp cloths, and our large selection of pre-printed graphics to the shower or event for Mom & Baby. Graphics can be curated in advance to fit event colors and theme!
Guests choose the design they like and we apply it to a bib or burp cloth using our heat press. At the end of the shower, Mom has a complete collection of cute new bibs & burp cloths from her family and friends!

From gifts for the wedding party, to favors on the day of the ceremony, we make thoughtful wedding gifting easy as your one-stop custom gift concierge. Before the big day, we create curated gift boxes for bridesmaids and groomsmen, special engravings for the mother and father of the bride/groom (including our best-selling Father of the Bride cufflinks), and on-site experiences like permanent jewelry or our traveling charm bar for pre-wedding parties.
We also create engraved wedding favors, with price breaks for bulk orders. Some favorites include engraved cork coasters featuring the wedding logo or custom design, and our engraved glass drinking straws that wedding guests can keep and use long after the event!
