Engraved Ornament Design Bar

We can curate ornament designs to match nearly any theme, brand, or celebration! Our base options include:

• Ornament Shape: from classics like stars, snowmen, and trees, to your custom shape(s) that we prepare in advance.
• Ornament Material: each ornament is lightweight, durable wood with a choice of a warm maple or off-white linen finish.
• Hanger Style: Color of ribbon or style of twine, which can be customized for your event, theme, or brand.
• Personalization: Last name, letter, initials, year, or on-theme word or phrase from the options you select in advance.

Our traveling ornament design bar makes a fun, interactive addition to events of all kinds! Not only does the bar add an event activity, but it also serves as a fun take-home party favor each guest will love—because they designed it!

• Company holiday parties
• Client or employee appreciation
• Friendsmas celebrations
• Family Christmas get-togethers
• Brand activations
• Charity & non-profit events

Pretty much everything!

• Our own adjustable height display tables, which can be taller than a standard table to make items easy to browse
• Plenty of blank ornaments for your whole group to select their preferred style without running out
• Material options, including maple and linen finish ornaments, and multiple hanger options (ribbon, twine)
• Our complete on-site laser engraving workstation, where we custom engrave ornaments for your guests in real time
• A minimum of two Love, Georgie staff to guide your guests through the design bar process and engrave custom ornaments

It's very flexible. For large groups, we set up an assembly-line style bar and it usually takes each guest just a few minutes to go through, averaging 100 guests with finished pieces per hour.

For smaller groups in more intimate settings, the design bar can be a stand-alone experience or mixed in with drinks and socializing, for a relaxed and creative activity.

• Sufficient space for our Ornament Design Bar tables (see sizing details below), with walking room around them.
• Access to a standard power outlet, or the option to set up an extension cord and power strip.
• Smaller Design Bar setups are available for in-home events, so please reach out to discuss your space with our team!

It depends on the size and layout of the design bar for your event - we can create a small 1-table bar in about an 8' x 8' space, or a deluxe full-length 4-table bar in a 10' x 20' space.

We can easily create a configuration that fits your space and event needs—see just a few of our available layouts below.

Our On-Site Ornament Design Bar experience is fully tailored to your group, event, and needs! Experiences are priced by individual quote to fit your budget and include the number of guests, location, duration of event, and any customizations you want to add.

We can accommodate events with hundreds of attendees, with additional price breaks for large groups. Complete the inquiry form below for a large group quote or to arrange a custom event.
