- We ship most orders via USPS First Class within 1 business day of ordering. They take 5-7 business days to arrive.
- Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Priority Mail arrives in 3-4 business days. Express Mail arrives in 2-3 business days.
RETURNS
- Due to the custom engraving and personalization of all items, we do not accept returns.
- You can always contact us for any reason at hello@lovegeorgie.com to discuss any problems you have.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It's obvious a lot if care for quality was put into this. I got this as a going-away gift for my girlfriend while she stayed a state away for a year. I spent a while looking for a site that printed not just a song from their own list, but a custom Spotify link because I made her a playlist. This was the only reliable one I could find. I tried to look for other options due to the price but to avail. However, I was left impressed due to the fact that it not only arrived days earlier than it was scheduled for, but it also had a nice flair of a human touch written on the inside of the box it had been delivered in. It is top quality, the engraving is clear and works perfectly, and it feels quite valuable. Very satisfied, thanks a ton.
