"Will the engraving wear off over time?" Nope! Our engravings are deeply etched into the product surface. The engraving should last as long as the product itself.

- Orders over $75 ship free to US addresses.
- We ship most orders via USPS First Class within 1 business day of ordering. They take 5-7 business days to arrive.
- Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Priority Mail arrives in 3-4 business days. Express Mail arrives in 2-3 business days.
RETURNS
- Due to the custom engraving and personalization of all items, we do not accept returns.
- You can always contact us for any reason at hello@lovegeorgie.com to discuss any problems you have.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

BEYOND amazed with how this turned out!!! I can't believe they could take the photo of Lola's paw print and engrave it. It looks exactly like her paw print. I cried when I opened it up and I know when my husband opens this he will too. I can't thank you enough for this special gift.

What an awesome team to work with. Charlie passed away a few weeks ago and I had this made for my boyfriend. I contacted customer service and explained my situation and that I didn't have a image of his paw. Susan was great and said they could use their paw print image and engrave his name under it. Even though it's not his exact print it still means a lot to us. I'm so grateful they could help me with my order.
