THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read, understand and agree that these terms and our Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data) are binding to them. We reserve the right to amend these terms; to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.

ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to individuals who are residents of the United States and are 18 years or older. Ineligible entries (however received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees (and their immediate family) of Love, Georgie Wedding or any of its associated companies. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who, or any entry which, it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition.

ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 12:00:00 Mountain time on August 5th, 2022 and closes at 11:59:59 Mountain time August 31st, 2022.

HOW TO ENTER: If you are eligible to enter, subscribe to the Love, Georgie Wedding email list during the entry period. By signing up, you agree to receive emails from Love, Georgie Wedding including new designs, sales, and news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If you are eligible to enter, you may also gain 1 additional entry by following Love, Georgie Wedding on Instagram @lovegeorgiewedding and tagging a friend on the giveaway post with the hashtag #giveaway. This giveaway is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram.

Each entrant may have up to two (2) entries total, using the two (2) entry methods described above. By entering the giveaway in any or all three methods, the entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so.

WINNER: One (1) winner will be selected at random out of all qualifying entries shortly after the competition period. The selection of the winners made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

THE PRIZE: The winner will receive a prize consisting of 1 classic flask, 1 round shimmer flask, 1 adjustable slide bracelet, 1 pair of custom cufflinks, and 1 pocket mirror for a total of five (5) products, plus shipping and handling for the package. The winner may select from available metal choices and choose an engraving style and message of their choice for the items. The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items.

SHIPPING: The prize can only be delivered to a valid address within the United States provided by the prize recipient.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The winner will be contacted through the channel in which they entered in the giveaway. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners via email or Instagram as soon as practicable. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the prize within 5 days of our contacting them, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant. We cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to take up the prize or fails to claim the prize within the time limit as set out above. We may contact the winner for feedback in respect of the competition and/or prize and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the Competition or subsequent competitions. The winner will be announced via email and social media as soon as practicable upon selection.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall in no circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any entrant who participates in the competition and/or the winner and their guest(s) who claim(s) the prize for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition.
