A 3/4 inch 14k gold filled disc is engraved with the words "God gave me you" and is hanging from a 14k gold filled chain. The chain is available in 16, 18, or 20 inches. Also available in 14k rose gold filled or sterling silver filled chain with stainless steel disc.

All charms are optional.
Choose from 3/8 inch initial charms and 6mm Swarovski crystal birthstone charms.
