Upload snapshot(s) of your writing or drawings, choose a color for the tumbler, and we'll do the rest! (TIP: a jpg file is great, but we take all image types. And you can send us the images after you order if you don't have it ready just now.)

"Will the engraving wear off over time?" Nope! Our engravings are deeply etched into the product surface. The engraving should last as long as the product itself.

- Orders over $75 ship free to US addresses.
- We ship most orders via USPS First Class within 1 business day of ordering. They take 5-7 business days to arrive.
- Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Priority Mail arrives in 3-4 business days. Express Mail arrives in 2-3 business days.
RETURNS
- Due to the custom engraving and personalization of all items, we do not accept returns.
- You can always contact us for any reason at hello@lovegeorgie.com to discuss any problems you have.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
