SENDING YOUR HANDWRITING
You can send us a single image that contains all of the messages in one place (as they'd appear on a greeting card, for example) --OR-- you can send us multiple images that each contain one or more handwritten messages. We recommend keeping the messages short and compact so we can fit all of them on the 8x9-inch vegan leather panel and still have them be large enough to read easily.
PROOFS
We are very experienced at creating attractive layouts, but if you'd like a design proof before we create your tote bag, you may purchase that as an add-on service for $20. Your proof allows you to make one revision to the design.

"Will the engraving wear off over time?" Nope! Our engravings are deeply etched into the product surface. The engraving should last as long as the product itself.

- Orders over $75 ship free to US addresses.
- We ship most orders via USPS First Class within 1 business day of ordering. They take 5-7 business days to arrive.
- Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Priority Mail arrives in 3-4 business days. Express Mail arrives in 2-3 business days.
RETURNS
- Due to the custom engraving and personalization of all items, we do not accept returns.
- You can always contact us for any reason at hello@lovegeorgie.com to discuss any problems you have.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
