We'll add your own handwritten words or doodle to the 8x9-inch vegan leather exterior pocket of the bag. Just snap and send us a photo of your words or drawing!

We also offer a DELUXE version of this bag that allows you to send us multiple images. We'll scale them and arrange them onto the tote bag's leather panel, allowing you to include multiple messages or drawings from multiple people.
SENDING YOUR HANDWRITING
Since the vegan leather pocket is roughly square, it helps to write your words within a square, or onto a square piece of paper. We may change the layout of your writing slightly to optimize its placement.
PROOFS
We are very experienced at creating attractive layouts, but if you'd like a design proof before we create your tote bag, you may purchase that as an add-on service for $20. Your proof allows you to make one revision to the design.

"Will the engraving wear off over time?" Nope! Our engravings are deeply etched into the product surface. The engraving should last as long as the product itself.

SHIPPING
- Orders over $75 ship free to US addresses.
- We ship most orders via USPS First Class within 1 business day of ordering. They take 5-7 business days to arrive.
- Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Priority Mail arrives in 3-4 business days. Express Mail arrives in 2-3 business days.
RETURNS
- Due to the custom engraving and personalization of all items, we do not accept returns.
- You can always contact us for any reason at hello@lovegeorgie.com to discuss any problems you have.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
