How do I get a handwriting sample to you?
- You can just snap a photo with your phone or scan it, and either upload it at the time of purchase or email it after you order to georgie@ lovegeorgie.com (remove the space when copy and pasting).
What is your return policy?
- Since all jewelry is handmade and custom made to order, there are no refunds. But we do accept exchanges and are happy to resize any bangle bracelet or necklace chain that doesn't fit. Instructions for resizing are included on a card inside the box. Contact us with any problems or questions.
How do I add custom charms to my order?
- Most of the jewelry listings have options for charms. If you don't see what you want on that particular item, you can use this add a charm listing here if it's just charms. If you would like a completely custom piece, then you can use our design your own section.
What are the shipping costs?
- We ship fast! We try to get all orders out within 1 business day of ordering.
- For US purchases, all jewelry is delivered via USPS First Class Mail for FREE. You will receive it in 5-7 business days.
- US Priority Mail is available for a $9.99 flat shipping charge (all additional items ship with it for free!) You will receive it within 3-4 business days after you order.
- US Express Mail is available for a $29.99 flat shipping charge (all additional items ship with it for free!) You will receive it in 2-3 business days after ordering.
- International shipping rates vary. Please see rates at checkout. We now offer reduced rates and DHL fast shipping options! Receive your order in 2-5 days!
